All persons are welcome to join, an application must be filled out and turned in followed by the succesful completion of a backround check.  All new members of North Mountain are placed on a probation period of no shorter than 6 months and no longer than 1 year.  Members are expected to obtain either a fire or EMS certification within their first year of membership.
