Sunday afternoon Round Hill Co. 15 was alerted to Wardensville Grade in the area of the Rhinehart Farm for an unauthorized controlled burn.  Attack 15 went enroute and advised that they had smoke in the area of Wardensville Grade and McDonald Road.  After further investigation it was determined that access could not be made easily.  Brush 19 was resquested to respond.  Brush 19 marked up with 2 followed by the Engine with 3.  After much searching, while on foot Captain 19 located a approx. 1/4 acre brush fire moving slowly at 1362 Wardensville grade.  Attack 15 and Brush 19 arrived with Forest 3 and began an attack on the fire that had moved up a hill into a pine thicket.  Units made quick work of the fire and used Engine 19 as a water supply.  All units were released by Lieutenant 15 after about an hour.
