Late Saturday evening North Mountain and ALS-1 were alerted to 1251 Back Mountain Road for a single vehicle MVA.  Ambulance 19-1 arrived and reported 1 vehicle that had struck a tree and was now sitting in a field with the driver still in the vehicle.  Wagon 19 arrived shut down the road and Lt. 19 established command.  It was discovered that the driver was intoxicated and that he felt froggy and decided to fight wth the EMS crew and the deputy on the scene.  The driver was finally calmed down and loaded into 19-1.  The patient was transported to WMC by 19-1 while the Wagon remained on the scene assisting law enforcement.  Remaining units cleared around 00:45.
