Thursday afternoon, companies 19 and 14 were alerted for a chimney fire on Aspen Trail in "The Mountain's" first due. Wagon 19 responded along with Attack 19 due to poor road conditions. Units arrived to find a single story dwelling with active fire in the chimney. Wagon 19's driver (Sisler) established command while crews went to the roof and the fireplace. The chimney was cleared and the fireplace secured. Units went in service after about an hour.
