On Sunday evening around 1735Hrs, Engine Co. 19, 17, 14, RE-15 and Tankers 14 and 17 were alerted to 624 Cardinal Drive for a structure fire.  Wagon 19 responded with the Lieutenant and a crew of 5 followed by Rescue 19-1.  Frederick advised units as they were marking up that the callers stove was on fire and was spreading to the walls.  Wagon 19 arrived and reported a 1 story SFD with nothing showing from side "Alpha" and that Lt. 19 would hold command.  The crew from the Wagon made entry and reported a smoke condition but no fire.  The homeowner had removed the stove from the wall and extinguished the contents.  Command held Wagon 19, Wagon 17 and Rescue Engine 15.  Crews checked the structure with a TIC and found no extension.  Crews ventilated the home and command released remaining units around 1830Hrs.
